Rose and Jeremy Schlabach and business partner Ryan Turko. Combined we have over 30 years of construction and property management experience. We have collectively renovated over 300 properties. We have flipped over $10.5 Million in real estate so we know what buyers want and how to be efficient. We have done multi-units, commercial spaces and single family homes both for rentals and flips. What we love most is seeing the transformations of before and after and the smiles on our clients faces.
